Mixman Demo Setup Instructions

1. Double-click on "SETUP.BAT"
     This will create the "C:\mixman" directory and unpack 
     the proper files

2. Select run from the file menu in the Windows Program Manager, 
   type "c:\mixman\mixman.exe"; then press Enter
